Throne of Fire |
Adam liked the book Throne of Fire by Rick Riordan because his favorite subject of book to read is mythology. Rick Riordan is a great author for myth-adventures. His many novels include: Percy Jackson and the Olympians Series (Greek mythology), a 39 Clues Book, The Heroes of Olympus series (Greek-roman mythology), and The Kane Chronicles (Egyptian mythology). I do recommend this amazing book for all students who can read chapter books. The story is about two kids who are trying to save the world by awakening the Egyptian sun god Ra. They encounter various people and gods from Egypt like Bullwinkle the moose god, Bes the vertically challenged god, and Julius Ceaser's ghost stuck inside a juice box.
